From breakfast to lunch, options for dinner and in-between, we’ve put together our favorite healthful menu items to start the year strong.
On the breakfast menu, we love our Egg White Frittata. Our Egg White Frittata is filled with julienned zucchini, roasted brussels sprouts, Anaheim peppers, scallions, spinach, arugula, smoked turkey, ricotta, and parmesan. We serve this menu item with a side of garden greens or fresh fruit. Similar to an omelet, but only using egg whites for a healthier alternative that’s packed with flavor!
Another great breakfast option is our Acai Smoothie Bowl. We blend acai fruit, vegan yogurt and almond butter for our acai bowl base. We top with organic maple granola, sliced banana, mixed berries, pumpkin seeds, and toasted coconut flakes. We serve our Acai Smoothie Bowl with local honey from Lonestar Bee Company! Kickstart your morning with this menu fave!
Over on our Feast menu, you’ll find great options for starters, shareable menu items, salads, sliders, and more. From our Bistro Salad options, we can’t wait for you to try them all but a couple favorites include our Goat Cheese Crostini & Shaved Roasted Chicken Salad, the Rocket & Couscous Salad, and the Asian Chicken Chopped Salad. We have seven Bistro Salads for you on the menu! All are available to order during lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch hours.
Pro-tip: Soup & Salad is a great option on our lunch menu to enjoy both a ½ portion of any Bistro Salad option + a cup of one of our market soups.
From the lunch menu, we can’t get enough of our Pomodoro Primavera. This menu item features gnocchetti pasta dressed in citrus and olive oil, fresh heirloom and sun-dried tomatoes, seasonal veggies, wilted greens, topped with ricotta and parmesan. You can add on protein like grilled or fried chicken, grilled tuna or salmon, or skewered grilled shrimp.
Pro-tip: Find the Pomodoro Primavera on the dinner menu that’s served with Ahi or Salmon.
On the dinner menu, we just love our Nested Hen Confit. This menu item features tender rosemary chicken confit with wonderfully crispy skin; in a pearl onion and white wine broth, served with skillet seared cauliflower and wilted spinach.
If you’re participating in #dryjanuary, we have a few craft cocktails that we can make into a mocktail (no alcohol) for you! Favorites include Texas Peach Blossom, Raspberry Lemonade, and the Pick Up. Ask your server or bartender for a mocktail option on your next visit.
